Tiera McQuater

Tiera McQuater is an independent insurance broker specializing in Medicare and health insurance solutions. She is committed to helping individuals and families understand their coverage options and make informed decisions with confidence.

Serving the Las Vegas community and clients throughout Nevada, Tiera works with people who are turning 65, relocating, retiring or losing employer coverage, as well as individuals under 65 who qualify for Medicare due to disability. She also welcomes the opportunity to assist adult children and caregivers who are helping loved ones navigate Medicare.

As a Black insurance professional, Tiera is passionate about increasing access to clear, trustworthy insurance education within the community. Her approach is personal and educational—taking the time to understand each client’s doctors, prescriptions, healthcare needs, budget, and priorities before reviewing available options.
